Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Within Canada & the USA

We currently ship to Canada and the USA. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.

• Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Duties

For US customers, we ship with USPS, so you will not be charged any duties or taxes.
